Cancellation

I agree to provide 48 hours advance notice to cancel a booking for full credit towards a future booking, no refunds. If less than 48hrs a partial credit may be given at the manager’s discretion. Please email [email protected]

Arrival Time

I agree to arrive on time to bookings and do not disturb a session if I arrive early. Please make sure the room is fully vacated by the end of the session so the next band can start on time and reset the room as found.

Return Condition

I agree that the room and gear rented must be returned to its original condition. If the room, gear, or the facilities are harmed, legal actions will be taken immediately, unless damages are paid or repaired. If any gear is broken upon arrival or during a session please notify immediately at [email protected]

Building Rules

When entering the building, do not prop exterior doors open or allow strangers access. When not in the hourly room (smoke break/bathroom break/etc…), please make sure the room door is locked.
No Smoking, No Candles, No Incense. Smoking must take place outside and please place your cigarette butts in the appropriate container, not on the ground.
We share this building, so please respect the other tenants, and your co-musicians.
No underage drinking or drugs in the building.
You can bring in outside beverages/food, but empties/trash needs to be cleared out of the room, there are garbage/recycle cans by the SW & NW entrances. Do not drink alcohol outside and keep outside noise to a minimum.
Please insure your equipment and check the room for personal belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
