Located in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle our self-entry/exit facility offers affordable hourly rates, with private suite rates available for small events.

BOOKING:
  • HOW TO BOOK: Register here and once approved you will be able to book your time directly through this website.
  • ENTRY/EXIT: The room is self-entry/exit. Registered users can obtain key/FOB sets for $25 per set (refundable deposit) once approved. You will also need to submit a copy of photo ID. Key requests require 24hrs for processing.
  • CANCELLATION: We need 48hrs advance notice to cancel a booking for full credit towards a future booking, no refunds. If less than 48hrs a partial credit may be given at the manager's discretion.
  • PAYMENT: Payment is due upon booking, payments can be made using credit or debit card.
RATES HOURLY (Hourly Room #19 & Suite):

Band member rehearsal only. If there is going to be a small audience/production crew, suite rates apply.

  • $30hr Saturday & Sunday 7am-midnight.
         Monday through Friday 7pm-midnight.
  • $25hr "Happy Hour" Monday through Friday 4pm-7pm
  • $240 Full Day (Any Day) 7am-Midnight
  • $20hr Daytime Monday through Friday 7am-4pm
  • $5 per session for snare/cymbals
SUITE RATES (SW Room w/ private bathroom):

Suite rates apply when private bathroom is included and there are more than 10 people using the room (max 20 people including band members).

  • $50hr All Days with 4hr minimum.
  • $400 Full Day Lockout.
